My client are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Account Manager to join the award-winning team with a passional for driving impactful change.
As a key player in their vibrant team, you'll be the linchpin between their organization and their esteemed Members. Your role extends beyond traditional account management - you'll be a strategic partner, contributing to the success of our Members and the growth of our organization
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with Members, ensuring alignment with their short, medium, and long-term goals
- Operate within our agreed account management framework, overseeing strategic planning processes and identifying growth objectives
- Facilitate strategic planning meetings to align buy-side and sell-side strategies, ensuring they meet evolving Member needs
- Coordinate activities to exceed growth targets and develop solutions that address Member wants/needs
- Evaluate the performance of Member initiatives, proposing corrective actions for improvement
- Drive operational efficiencies between Member and our organization, maintaining high customer satisfaction rating
