In the role, you will help clients achieve their goals through strategic and creative solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients, projects, and team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Establish trust and credibility with clients and prospects as a trusted advisor.
- Offer creative and strategic ideas for improvement and progression and lead their execution.
- Plan, attend, and facilitate regular client meetings.
- Deliver excellent, consistent, and strategic project and account management across the team.
- Initiate and lead internal business development activities.
- Manage external supplier relationships and referral networks.
- Mentor and manage other team members (including providing training and conducting regular appraisals).
- Support the wellbeing of team members.
- Participate in relevant industry events and networking sessions.
- Report regularly on KPIs and hours completed, as well as project budgets and invoicing, across the team.
- Maintain and update data using our CRM.
Person Specification:
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and networking.
- Solid knowledge of marketing and business development strategies and best practices.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in a competitive market.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns and projects.
- Experience in working with agency or consultancy clients across various sectors and industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Independence and initiative to manage own workload and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
