Senior Account Manager

Reed Marketing and Creative are delighted to be working with a Bristol based Marketing agency who are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. In the role, you will help clients achieve their goals through strategic and creative solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients, projects, and team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities: 

• Establish trust and credibility with clients and prospects as a trusted advisor.
• Offer creative and strategic ideas for improvement and progression and lead their execution.
• Plan, attend, and facilitate regular client meetings.
• Deliver excellent, consistent, and strategic project and account management across the team.
• Initiate and lead internal business development activities.
• Manage external supplier relationships and referral networks.
• Mentor and manage other team members (including providing training and conducting regular appraisals).
• Support the wellbeing of team members.
• Participate in relevant industry events and networking sessions.
• Report regularly on KPIs and hours completed, as well as project budgets and invoicing, across the team.
• Maintain and update data using our CRM.

Person Specification:

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and networking.
• Solid knowledge of marketing and business development strategies and best practices.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in a competitive market.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns and projects.
• Experience in working with agency or consultancy clients across various sectors and industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Independence and initiative to manage own workload and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
