SalaryAxon Moore are excited to announce an opportunity to join our clients dynamic and rapidly growing team as an Senior Client Account Manager.
As a key player in the Account Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling of all operations of an expansive 300,000 sq. Ft warehouse in Chorley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team in collaboration with the Warehouse/Operations Manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, carriers and transport providers
- Manage order processing efficiently and implement stock controls and audits with precision
- Utilise and enhance our advanced 3PL management software in partnership with the IT Director
- Handle general warehouse administrative tasks as required
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Optimise efficiency in WMS/OMS/CMS and CRM systems
- Manage the accounts of key clients
- Foster and maintain lasting relationships with key AP+ clients
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in IT.
- Familiarity with API, SaaS, and ERP platforms is advantageous but not essential training can be given.
Salary: £30 – 45K dependent on experience (Plus Profit Share)
