In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust customer base while also actively driving new business opportunities. The organisation serves a diverse client portfolio, including SMBs, Corporates, Enterprises, and Public Sector entities, ensuring you'll engage with a wide range of businesses.
As a Senior Account Manager with experience in a VAR or MSP environment, your core responsibilities will encompass:
