Senior Accountant - Flexible Working - £36K Plus - Stockport

Think Trevor James is currently working with an accountancy practise based in Stockport looking to add to their accounts team.

Essential Role Requirements.

• AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualification or studying towards it.
• A minimum of 3 years of practice experience is required.
• Proficient with Iris, Sage & Xero software.
• Teamwork and leadership skills to supervise junior staff and colleagues.

Responsibilities of the Account Senior.

• Managing a portfolio of clients, addressing their queries, and overseeing their accounts and VAT returns.
• Preparing and reviewing annual accounts for businesses of all sizes
• Collaborating effectively with the team.
• Supervising, coaching, and guiding junior staff, while delivering constructive feedback.
• Actively enhancing a professional workplace atmosphere through personal growth and proactive involvement.
