SalaryMy client based in Tameside is looking for a Senior Administrator to support in a small but busy department, this will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension of contract.

The role is hybrid so 2 days in the office, 3 working from home
It is a working flexi-time so although our standard hours are 8.45am – 5.00pm Mon – Thurs and 8.45am – 4.20pm Friday, they can work anytime between 7.30am – 6.30pm with a 45 minute lunch (7 hours 30 mins Mon – Thurs, 6 hours 50 mins on Friday).

What skills do I need to have?
Efficient communication and time management skills
Ensure all agreed deadlines are met.
Good reading comprehension and attention to detail
PC user (Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams)
Experience of working in a global company and collaborating with teams around the world (preferable)
What will I be doing?
Providing admin support to the head of department
Coordinate of user guides, user interface and other related technical information
Make sure project briefs, responses to queries and other communications are clear
Ensure project deliverables are complete and correct.
collating information, cleansing information
chasing people for invoices
Training will be given on the product
