The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the organisation
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience working in a Public Sector Organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
