As the Senior AHP Clinical Fellow you will apply your professional knowledge, expertise, and experience to support this vision by leading on the following programmes of work. You will support the delivery of a successful AHP Clinical Fellow programme for NENC by designing, developing and overseeing the evaluation plan to support the effectiveness of the scheme. You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of the pastoral support system for the Clinical Fellow Programme. Secondly, you will develop intelligence on AHP leadership across the Integrated Care System providing an analysis and recommendations. You will be responsible for designing and developing a leadership evaluation model and measurement framework including a methodology for data collection. The post holder will undertake a review of AHP leadership models and structures across organisations and identify and raise awareness of AHP leadership opportunities at the very senior and/or director level including across traditional and non-traditional AHP leadership routes
