University of Glasgow is looking for an experienced senior applications developer to join our Business Systems development team, leading the development of software solutions for the 10K+ staff and 40K+ students across the University. Based within our growing central IT department, this role will see you supporting and improving our existing products and developing new services.
What we're looking for:
• A self-motivated candidate who displays leadership qualities and can take technical responsibility for architecting full stack solutions
• Extensive experience of using Java to create corporate web applications
• Experience in supporting corporate business software and understanding complex business processes and data
