SalaryData Platforms team are currently looking for a Senior Analyst Developer for 6 month contract to join our Data Archiving product team in a multifaceted role that involves a blend of support and development/release management. Initially you will focus on building, managing and maintaining AWS platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and providing guidance to the product team members.
- Experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles and experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- knowledge/familiar with postman for API testing, docker and podman for running application.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflows.
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices-based applications.
- Knowledge of information security controls to mitigate threats within solutions and services.
Ways of working:
- Experience in Data Migration, Data Profiling and Data Quality enhancement.
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working
- Understanding of CI/CD process & ways of working including GitCI
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, etc
1-2 days in the office, Wednesday and one other.
