Senior Architect

Senior Architect required to join leading, Preston-based Architectural practice on a full-time, permanent basis.
If you are an Architect living and working in Lancashire you will know that there are only a handful of companies that can guarantee exposure to the bigger and more interesting projects in both the local area and further afield. This company is one of them, and they are presenting a rare opportunity for a Senior Architect that is not to be missed.
This company have gone from strength to strength in recent years and in light of several newly-commissioned schemes have an immediate requirement for a Senior Architect to join their growing team in Preston. They work across a multitude of design sectors including Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Office, Commercial and everything in between.
The successful candidate here will meet Most of the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Chartered. (Minimum 5 years post-qualification)
UK-based experience.
Knowledge/experience within one of the following sectors: Commercial/Office/Education/Retail/Residential
REVIT capabilities preferred, but not essential.
Written and Verbal communication skills - High level.
