The Client:

The Role:

As a Delivery Architect (Executive Architect), leverage your experience for hands-on technical delivery while supporting team members, identify opportunities, and foster talent to achieve collective goals. This role is mainly based at the client’s site.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Senior Architect, Associate Architect or in a similar role
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including
• Strong grasp of UK Building and Planning regulations
• Experience in project delivery and management across all RIBA stages
• Experience with historic and listed structures
• AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation (desirable)
• Proficiency in BIM / Revit (beneficial)
• Leadership experience in managing project teams
