My client is looking for a talented Senior Architect to join their social team based in Chelmsford. This RIBA-chartered practice has developed a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK since their establishment over a decade ago. The practice work on a wide variety of residential projects with some of the biggest names in the construction industry. This post offers the opportunity to join a thriving practice and leading industry professionals who work between 2 busy offices. The successful candidate can expect to join the practice at a Senior position with the opportunity for further progression within the business.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate have proven job-running experience.

• ARB-Registered Architect (essential)
• Substantial experience post-qualification (essential)

• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)

• Positive and motivated attitude
• Strong technical competency
• Attention to detail
