The Company

We are helping an established medium-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy make a strategic hire to play a leading role in the running and co-ordinating of teams delivering multiple Small Projects at the same time (£3-10m) across all RIBA Stages (typically RIBA 2/3 to 6). Project sectors are varied but some existing projects are in the education and office/retrofit sectors.

· All their projects are BIM level 2, they work in Revit and have a highly competent BIM manager in place

The Requirements:

The London Senior Architect / Small Projects Leader will have/be:

· An experienced architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in practice, but ideally more

· All round experience but with a specific focus on technical delivery, construction documentation.

· Experienced in working for early stage clients, or novated to contractors with package delivery.

· Comfortable leading internal and external design teams, liaising with statutory stakeholder and client relationship management.

· Experience of working on projects in Revit/BIM environments

· A passion for being a part of something which is growing, and is exciting by the idea of being a key part of that growth

The salary/package

· Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000 (+ bonus)

· 2 days per week working from home
