Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilise CAD software and other tools to create accurate architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for project planning and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards throughout the design process.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and approvals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role within the architectural industry.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
