This is a truly exciting role for a Senior Architectural Technician / senior architect / associate looking to join a leading architectural firm experiencing an exciting period of growth, where you will have an opportunity to work on exciting projects, working with high end clients.

My well established client are a multi national company with huge long term prospects, due to nearly 100% of their work being from repeat business, now have a lucrative opportunity to join their team. They have won several long term projects and continue to have an exciting pipeline carrying them well into 2025. They're now looking to onboard a senior technician to join their commercial team and facilitate the uptake of new business and manage their growing workload.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to the company's ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Senior Architectural Technician with experience in the industrial sector, or client facing experience with experience of all or most RIBA Stages. This would suit someone who has a passion for the design and build/commercial industry who is looking for the next step in their career.
The Role:

• Collating and organising technical building information from architects
• Preparing designs using CAD/ REVIT software
• Managing a small team
• Site Visits
• Create functional models

The Person

• Experience using AUTOCAD or REVIT
• Experience within the industrial sector
• Client facing experience
• Experience of most RIBA Stages
• Full UK Driving License and comfortable working from office - flexible working hour policy in place.
