This presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technician to quickly become an integral member of a growing architectural practice in the heart of Birmingham.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will need substantial post qualification experience, boast technical excellence and experience working across residential projects. Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Working towards/ achieved MCIAT
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Substantial post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
- Keen eye for detail
- Advanced technical expertise
- Experience working in the residential sector
- Be a supportive team player
- Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
- Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
- Ideally proven experience working at Senior level
- Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- keen to input to company growth
- Local to Birmingham
