We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
With offices consisting of over 30 staff, this RIBA Chartered Practice has built an impressive reputation for its expertise within the Architecture and Expert Witness industries, providing services throughout the London and Sussex regions. This offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join an award-winning company which is looking to expand further.
Working across a multitude of sectors such as Residential, Education, Healthcare, and Cladding Remediation, this role will provide a varied workload ensuring no two days are the same! The Senior Architectural Technician position will have a specific focus on Cladding and Residential projects, so experience in these two fields is preferred.
The company is currently in a very busy period of its growth, meaning there is an abundance of projects available to successful applicants. Working with multiple high-profile clients including the NHS, Portsmouth City Council, and Buxton, they are experts in the BIM Environment and use Revit as their main software tool, making it crucial to be familiar with this upon applying for this role.
This is also a forward-looking practice with a genuine passion for the Circular Economy, ensuring clients understand their carbon impact and mitigating this as much as possible in the conduction of their projects. Using their pool of knowledge, they provide solutions with a keen eye on their sustainability ramifications so ideally candidates would have a similar passion for this aspect of the role.
In addition to the various projects you will be exposed that will bolster your portfolio, you will also receive pension after probation as well as being entitled to 23 days holiday.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience, as well as numerous additional working bonuses.
