They have a diverse portfolio of innovative projects integrating their design and planning services to deliver creative, unique and high-quality designs solutions. This award winning dynamic practice have over 50 years in the industry and are keen to continue their growth by adding a passionate Senior Architectural Technician to their team in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will have extensive post qualification experience, strong technical abilities being a proficient Revit user and have experience working on large scale residential projects.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Extensive Post qualification experience
• be Chartered or close to it with CIAT
• Prior experience working at Senior level is advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Well versed in current UK building regulations
• Proven track record working on large scale PBSA and BTR residential projects
• Boast design flare and technical excellence
• Input to continual company growth
• Assist in the development of emergent team member
• Attentiveness to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and positive approach
