Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• MCIAT or working towards
• Extensive UK post qualification experience
• Proven record at job running residential development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Technical expertise
• Proficiency with technical detailing and drawing
• Confident liaising with clients and contractors
