A dynamic and innovative architectural firm is expanding its team and is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist.

Position Overview
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the built environment. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design and development of high-rise residential projects, student accommodation, and community facilities. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as you will be utilising this tool extensively to bring their visionary projects to life.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Especially within the Safety Act 2022
• Work closely with developers, clients, as well as an internal team of contractors and sales & marketing professionals
• Contribute to the design development of high-rise residential developments, student accommodation, and community facilities.
• Utilise Revit to create and manage project models and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
• 10+ years of experience on UK-based projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong understanding of high-rise residential developments & student accommodation projects
• Experience in Education, and Community Facility projects is desirable.
• Ability to work on fast-paced projects and efficiently resolve on-site issues.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
