My client is looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Southampton. This multi-faceted consultancy are skilled in designing, planning and constructing a variety of Residential and Commercial projects across the UK. A close-knit team who place strong value on collaboration, accuracy and innovation. The team work with some of the largest names in the construction industry and have a strong pipeline of work coming through the business. The successful candidate can expect to work alongside industry professionals and be exposed to unique projects of varying scales.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate have proven experience of job-running.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant HND/degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
• Substantial experience within the Residential development industry (essential)
• Proven job-running experience (essential)
• Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong client engagement skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Good technical competency
