Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a multi-award winning, RIBA chartered architectural practise based in Greater Manchester. Our client are seeking an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join their ever growing team and assist with a variety of exciting projects, including Residential, Educational, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial projects. Their spike in recruitment, stems from their healthy pipeline of both repeat and new business, which they have developed over the years from their outstanding reputation within the industry.

Senior Architectural TechnologistPosition Overview

• Working on multiple projects at once within a variety of sectors including both education and residential
• Liaising with client's regularly and maintaining relationships
• Producing high quality technical drawings, using Revit on a daily basis
• Assisting with all aspects of a project, from inception through to completion
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Attend site visits when required
• Be a senior member within a Design / Technical team

Senior Architectural TechnologistPosition Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years+ industry experience
• Experience within the education sectors is advantageous, however are client are open to candidates who are looking to work in the sector
• Proficiency with Revit
• Live within a commutable distance of Greater Manchester
• Experience working across all RIBA stages advantageous
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to produce a variety of high-quality technical drawings

• Competitive salary; (£40,000 to £50,000 DOE)
