What you'll do:
As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will play a central role in our mission. Your creativity, technical proficiency, and drive will be key as you bring novel concepts to fruition in a production setting. You'll contribute to various phases of project development, from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards and client expectations. Your focus will be on managing Machine Learning models in production, focusing on scalability and continuous improvement. You'll also simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and continually refine our Machine Learning strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Take a leading role in the development and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and information extraction technologies into our SaaS platform
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, ensuring our Machine Learning solutions are robust and reliable
• Manage Machine Learning models in production, focusing on scalability and continuous improvement
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Continually refine our Machine Learning strategies based on feedback and evolving needs

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer position brings a wealth of experience and skills. With at least three years of Python experience in a commercial setting, you have a proven track record with Machine Learning models in production. Your solid understanding of data science and Machine Learning model development is complemented by your knowledge of DevOps culture and CI/CD practices. You are self-motivated and accountable, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, agile team. Your excellent communication skills enable you to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Above all, you are passionate about ongoing skills development and eager to take on new challenges and technologies.

• At least three years of Python experience in a commercial setting
• Proven track record with Machine Learning models in production
• Solid understanding of data science and Machine Learning model development
