Are you looking for a new challenge and want to work for a great employer? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our public protection service. We are looking to recruit a Senior ASB Immediate Justice Officer on a fixed term contract or secondment up to the 31st of March 2025.

The Immediate Justice project is responsible for ensuring those found committing anti-social behaviour or low-level offences swiftly repair the harm and damage that they’ve caused to victims and communities. Through cleaning up the streets and undertaking practical reparation activity, such as litter picking or take part in meaningful community activities.

You will be responsible for supporting Rushcliffe, Gedling and Broxtowe Borough Council’s response to the Nottinghamshire Immediate Justice project and making sure the project is a success across the South Nottinghamshire Community Safety Partnership area. As the Senior ASB Immediate Justice Officer you help devise a placement schedule of work and identifying appropriate referrals to the Immediate Justice reparation project.

You will also need to work strategically and ensure that all three Local Authorities have appropriate policies and procedures in place to effectively respond, manage and communicate with victims of anti-social behaviour in their area.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with recent experience of working specifically in the areas of either anti-social behaviour, policing, criminal justice, and community safety. You will have good knowledge of ASB powers and understand Local Authorities partners role and responsibilities in dealing with anti-social behaviour.
