SalaryMy Public Sector Client based in Hampshire is looking for a lead Asset Manager on an initial 6 month contract. This role will revolve around managing a team and managing all property related aspects, including leases, acquisitions, disposals and general estates management. This will all be based on a mixed portfolio, primarily commercial/corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead in managing and optimising a diverse portfolio of assets, commercial and operational mostly.
Implement effective asset management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including managing a small team.
Analyse and report on asset performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide strategic insights to enhance the value of our assets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in asset management, ideally within a leadership role.
Relevant property related qualifications
This is a hybrid nature role, which will be agreed by you and the hiring manager.
