Senior Assets Officer (Response)

Belfast, 37 hours per week

Salary: Circa £37 - £41K per annum (Dependent on experience)

About the role

We have fantastic opportunity within our Assets team for the right person to lead, innovate and develop in a challenging housing sector. If you are passionate about the provision of quality and affordable homes for all, come and join our forward-thinking organisation. As Senior Asset Officer (Response), this role will lead the Response Assets team in delivering an effective property maintenance service for the Association & to our customers. The post-holder will also be required to oversee the management of our response assets contracts,
