The Client:

The Role:
As a Senior Associate in a commercial & property litigation team, you will provide expert advice and representation, maintaining high professional standards contributing to departmental growth.
Duties:
-Strategise and evaluate solutions for complex legal issues.
-Assume responsibility for case outcomes and financial management.
-Manage client complaints and take accountability when necessary.
-Supervise debt management and mentor associates towards financial objectives.
-Contribute to marketing initiatives and foster external relationships.
-Mentor junior staff and support team development.
-Collaborate with operational board to implement departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
-Possess at least 7 years PQE.
-Qualified as a chartered legal executive or solicitor.
-Extensive experience in Dispute Resolution work
-Strong drafting and client relationship skills.
