Requirements:
- 5+ years or more PQE
- Strong knowledge of family law – both finance and children
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- Demonstrate teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive, ambitious, and organized with a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities:
- Be proactive in business development, identifying networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing, and cross-selling
- Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of family law, covering both finance and Private law children work
- Exhibit exceptional strength in client care
- Work with the Central England team head to continue developing the team and service offering
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within family law, collaborating with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge
- Support and assist in training junior members of the team
