Key Responsibilities:
- Collate due diligence materials to support DDQ formation, LP questionnaires, and fundraising inquiries.
- Update fundraising materials including due diligence events, presentation decks, case studies, portfolio data, ESG information, teasers, etc.
- Manage due diligence days with external parties and coordinate team members to meet LP requirements.
- Update and manage access to Virtual Data Room (VDR) content.
- Provide general reporting support for quarterly reports, investor events, and annual investor conferences.
Experience Requirements:
- Education: Degree level qualification.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Preference for experience in alternative investments, particularly Private Equity.
- Demonstrated experience with Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.
- Ability to collate information effectively, influence internal stakeholders, write succinctly, provide evidence to support findings, and present information clearly and professionally.
