, DAS Law have a new vacancy for a Senior Associate (People & Performance) to join our high-performing and friendly Employment department., , Our Employment Law department deals with all aspects of employment law, from advising an employee on pursuing an unfair dismissal claim, or a claim for unpaid wages, to defending claims of whistleblowing and discrimination on behalf of Respondents. Whilst we have longstanding relationships with various Chambers across the Country, we conduct our own advocacy on a regular basis. As well as acting for employees and employers during the litigation process, we also provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts and policies, or providing a business with guidance and support to businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements. , , This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to hold responsibility for the management of a team, and in conjunction with the Senior Associate (Technical) ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service whilst ensuring the efficient management of caseloads. You will also be required to support, lead and deliver change throughout your area supporting company initiatives and employees throughout the journey., , In the role of a Senior Associate (People & Peformance), you can expect to:, , , About You, , We would love to hear from candidates with experience managing teams to ensure delivery of objectives.
