Senior Associate - Private Client Immigration - Successful Law Firm / London / Hybrid Working - up to £95k + great benefits

We are on the hunt for aSenior Associate, with c5-9 years PQE working in an Immigration team with Private Clients, to join a leading London Law Firm.

The Senior Associate will manage their own caseload of Private Clients, so strong Immigration experience together with extensive knowledge of the appeal process, is required.

Key responsibilities as the Senior Associate will include:

• Managing own caseload of Private Clients
• Providing valuable advice on complex UK immigration matters
• Building and developing strong client relationships, maintaining regular contact
• Preparing Private Client Immigration applications
• Supporting clients with reviews and appeals
• Maintaining constant up-to-date knowledge and familiarity with all legislation
• Undertaking relevant business development and marketing activities such as workshops, pitches and presentations and seminars / conferences
• Line management and support of Paralegals and junior team members

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years+ PQE experience
• Extensive Immigration experience with Private Clients is essential
• Experience in preparing applications for a range of personal immigration matters (including family immigration, human rights, European Settlement Scheme and nationality applications)
• Demonstrable experience of the immigration appeal process
• Ability to provide support and complex legal advice
• Experienced in legal business development and marketing with excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
• Excellent research skills
• Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage client expectations
• Confident presentation skills
• Ability to support junior team members
• Strong IT skills
