The Role:
- Oversight and Provision: Deliver high-quality, tailored, and supportive legal services to a diverse range of clients.
- Proactive Management: Manage a complex portfolio of clients, anticipating their specific needs, and enhancing their experience in Wills, Trusts, Tax, and Probate.
- Team Leadership: Manage, support, and develop the team. Mentor and advise team members on complex cases.
- Support and Strategy: Assist the head of department and partners with client work, management responsibilities, and in achieving the strategic aims of the firm.
- Attractive salary of up to £85,000 (negotiable dependant on experience).
