About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our EMEA Strategy & Transformation team. This team is accountable for supporting the Strategy & Transformation EMEA business team with the strategic business governance and planning, driving strategic growth and Transformational initiatives.
You will join a team of three, reporting into our Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager – Portfolio/Project Management Office (PMO) lead. The team requires support in executing several high-impact strategic initiatives to facilitate the growth of SharkNinja throughout Europe, as well as transitioning from a "start-up" operating style to that of a more mature, fast-scaling business. The projects undertaken in this role will include, but not be limited to, portfolio / project management excellence, change management, project delivery and driving PMO best practices across the business.
As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to support the Strategy & Transformation PMO team sub-function. The role will be suited to someone with strong project management skills, as well as business acumen, who can quickly connect the dots, drive efficiency, scalability and best practices across the EMEA business.

- Work closely with the Strategy & Transformation function and relevant key stakeholders internally, executing various strategic, high-impact, growth projects across Europe.
- The ability to support strategic and Transformational, consulting type projects in-house in a fast-moving and highly demanding environment (strong project management skills are a must have)
- Building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with other functional areas of the business to drive transformational change and embed new ways of working (e.g., process, governance, culture).
- Be part of the newly established team PMO team (Senior Manager and Manager) to review and feedback on project plans and apply best practice governance standards across all project deliveries. forms of project delivery
- Role model positive, collaborative and agile ways of working with all areas of the business with clear thinking and strong communication
- Great exposure with senior stakeholders and high-profile projects. Examples of roles you may play on the team:
- Strategically planning meetings with project owners, workstream leads and other relevant stakeholders, planning workshops, demonstrations and process development for staff at all levels
- Effectively and accurately capturing minutes during complex cross-functional discussions and meetings, driving resolution and close down of critical actions
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints to swift resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and support with the articulation of project status and escalations where required
- Support with the preparation of change management activities and organizational updates to the wider business, including C-Suite and Board levels
Here are some of the things you'll bring.
- Ideally from a consulting background (min 4 years of experience from a relevant consultancy).
- Experience in project management and PMO, from conception to delivery
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong relationship building / development skills (internal and external)
- Strong teamwork, strong analytical and technical skills including strong powerpoint and excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning skills
- An ability to prepare and interpret project documentation, including project plans and RAID trackers
- Passion for strategic change management and project management
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues from across the globe (especially the US and across Europe) "Winning is a team sport!"

- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities – must be comfortable interfacing with stakeholders ranging in seniority, across different business functions.
- Keen to roll up your sleeves, address things hands on and continuously improve how things are done. "Rarely satisfied!" This role will not suit someone who wants to focus purely on top-level strategy, this is an implementation role.
- Fluency in another European language will be advantageous (e.g., German, French)
