Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist in complex restructuring transactions in the European market.
• Work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Play a pivotal role in client presentations, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Contribute to the continuous growth and success of the team by leveraging your expertise and network.
Essential Criteria:
• 5-7 years experience within a restructuring, debt advisory or leverage finance team.
• Fluent in either French or German would be a strong a bonus (but not essential)
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
