Senior Audit Manager

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Professional audit / accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, CIA or equivalent) or equivalent business experience.

Track record of delivery in a financial services business, audit / consultancy firm or UK regulator, with a good understanding of Life insurance and wealth management and associated regulations.

Passion for leading complex reviews and projects and developing small teams through effective coaching, development and feedback.

Great senior level relationship management and influencing through impactful verbal and written communication.

Excellent analytical skills / experience of identifying and appraising risks and controls, whether in a first, second- or third-line role.
