Role:                    Regional Senior Authorised Person (SAP)

Salary:                 £50,000 - £65,000 + package

Location:             Bristol & Wales

This SAP opportunity is with one the largest and fastest growing solar developers in the world and is within their O&M team. 

You will be responsible for:

• Performing preventative & corrective maintenance on HV and LV systems manged through minimised downtime and seasonal impacts.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Partake in risk assessment and method statements reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with the planning department to guarantee that all high voltage (HV) maintenance activities are completed within the region according to predefined schedules and in alignment with the annual preventive maintenance (PM) plan.
• Ensure effective tracking and timely resolution of all HV remedial tasks, prioritizing them as per set timelines.
• Take ownership in managing communication cell metrics for your designated area, actively contributing to enhancing business performance through continuous improvement effort

Who we are looking for: 

• Educated to a minimum HNC level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Currently authorized as a High Voltage SAP
• Working knowledge of HV distribution Systems.
• Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations, Health and Safety at Work. act and Electricity, Safety, Quality and continuity Regulations.
• Experience in distribution systems through the range 400v to 33kV.
• Full Driver’s License.
• Excellent analytical, organisation & planning skill
