Job Description
As a Senior Banking Paralegal your duties will include:
- Day-to-day support on transactions
- Company search reports
- Condition precedent management
- Coordinating signing of documents and assisting on completions
- Group structure charts
- Security reviews and security review checklists
- Post completion (including security registrations, bibles, and notices)
- Assisting in the management and execution of banking transactions.
- Reviewing and analysing legal documents related to banking and finance.
- Coordinating with other legal team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Providing high-level support to solicitors and partners within the firm.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Banking Paralegal should have previous experience in either banking or corporate law. Please note that the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more less experience from applying.
