Senior Bar Manager – Fine Dining Restaurants  

Salary:                 £40,000 - £45,000 plus Tips

The Opportunity:

A small group of Fine Dining London based Restaurants with an incredible reputation within the hospitality space are looking for a Senior Bar Manager to oversee two of their most prestigious venues! One of the bars is a dispense bar and the other is a more classic cocktail bar but please note they are in separate venues.

We are looking to speak with Senior Bar Managers with experience in restaurant service at a Michelin or Rosette level along with strong wine knowledge!

The Ideal Bar Manager:

• Must have Michelin or multiple rosette experience as a requirement!

• WSET qualifications are highly desirable along with restaurant service experience.
• Oversee the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.

• Have a genuine flair and passion for delivering excellent service with a strong bar presence.
• Experience working with quality products with good understanding of creating drinks menus.
• Possess an open, engaging, and humble personality, whilst able to remain calm under pressure.
• Have a background in training and developing the skills and knowledge of a Bar Team.
• 2 years’ minimum experience within similar Bar Management role.
• Good knowledge of financials, health and safety, and stock management.
