Job Description: Senior Beauty Therapist
Spa Kesgrave Hall
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Guest Welcome and Care:
- Greet spa guests warmly and ensure their needs are met from arrival to departure.
- Provide a high level of customer service, making guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their spa experience.
2. Reservations and Bookings:
- Take reservations and accurately enter bookings into the system using Hart..
- Ensure a smooth and organised booking process for all spa services.
- Cash up at the end of the day and deliver to The Hall.
- Answer emails
3. Communication:
- Answer phone calls promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about spa services.
4. Check-in and Orientation:
- Follow check-in and check-out procedures meticulously for all spa guests.
- Provide guests with a thorough orientation of the spa facilities.
5. Guest Comfort:
- Offer and maintain refreshments for guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and relaxing experience.
- Light fire in colder months
6. Personal Presentation:
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards consistently.
7. Spa Treatments:
- Perform spa treatments when requested by management or as per the appointment schedule.
- Be prepared to step up and cover when staff are off.
- Support therapist at all times.
- Switch the sauna and hot tube on every morning.
- Carry out chemical procedures for hot tub.
8. Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Ensure the impeccable presentation and cleanliness of all public spaces within the spa.
- Regularly empty used item bins and maintain adequate provision of towels, robes, and flip flops in the spa changing facilities.
- Keep the staff kitchen clean at all times.
- Make sure the loyalty bar and milk are filled up at all times.
9. Retail Sales:
- Be proactive in promoting and upselling spa products and treatments to guests.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spa products and services.
10. Customer Feedback:
- Direct customer feedback to the appropriate department for resolution, helping to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
11. Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, including department-specific procedures.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
- Open up and lock up setting the alarm.
12. Upselling:
- Skillfully up-sell customers on additional products, services and treatments to enhance their spa experience.
- Encourage clients to follow us on social media
- Ask clients to leave us reviews

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
