Senior Benefits Specialist EMEA & APAC

As the Senior Benefits Specialist you'll be responsible for EMEA and APAC benefits, reporting to the Head of Benefits and working in a benefits team of 4. Looking after the benefits and wellbeing programmes for Europe, Middle East and Asia, you'll be responsible for vendor management, benchmarking, the implementation of new benefits and resolving employee benefits queries. Duties will include:

• Managing vendor relationships and carrying out renewals.
• Completing regular benefits reviews, including market analysis and investigating packages..
• Onboarding and offboarding staff plus resolving queries.
• Ensuring effective written and verbal communications of benefits and producing relevant documentation.
• Acting as the SME and main point of contact for EMEA and APAC benefits matters.
• Day to day management of the benefits programmes as well as delivering on strategic projects.

The successful candidates will be given all the appropriate training and support to be successful in the position but will be expected to also work with autonomy and ownership. You will be well versed in benefits management, having previously worked in Benefits Specialist/Advisor level roles, ideally for professional services firms. The ideal candidate will come with EMEA/APAC benefits experience but strong UK benefits experience will be considered. You should have an eye for detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The business operates a hybrid working model from their central London and occasional European travel may be required.
