THE COMPANY

This company works within the financial space, operating on a B2B and B2C basis. They have a couple of offices, Manchester and Blackpool and operate on a hybrid policy. They are a hugely data-driven business with the c-suite really engaged with data and driving the business forward with data-driven decisions.

THE ROLE

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will sit in a small but collaborative team.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage a team of 2 data/BI professionals, guiding on daily tasks as well as managing performance.
• Remain hands-on with the data working with SQL and Power BI.
• Support various stakeholders across the wider business to create dashboards to support their requirements. Key stakeholders will be the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales.
• Work closely with the data engineering team and the wider analytics function.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Senior BI Analyst will have:

• Good SQL skills with proven commercial experience.
• Experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong personality and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders - this is a must.
• Experience in the debt/collection space is ideal.
• Management experience is ideal.
