Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end bid management process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce compelling and compliant bids that align with ICare Group's mission and values.
- Content Creation: Craft persuasive and articulate written content for bids, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with industry standards.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the domiciliary care sector, competitor landscapes, and funding opportunities to inform bid strategy and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, business development, and operations teams, to gather information and insights that enhance the quality of bid submissions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to review and refine bid documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in bid writing practices, contributing to the enhancement of the overall bidding function.
- Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer.
- Other duties as required.
Must haves:
- Proven experience in bid writing within the domiciliary care or healthcare sector.
- Be based within the North West of the UK.
- Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of funding streams, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in the domiciliary care sector.
- Although this role is remote, we expect the successfully candidate to travel to ICare Group’s head office (Blackpool) once a month and/or when required.
