Opportunity for Senior BIM Technicians, Dublin
We are looking to get in touch with Senior BIM Technicians in Dublin. You'd join a key player in designing cutting-edge mechanical systems for Data centre, semiconductor, and Manufacturing facilities. This role can be offered as a permanent or contracting position with matching salary/rates. The team is working hybrid currently working across a 40-hour work week.
As a Senior BIM Technician, your expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD will be pivotal in creating detailed drawings and schematics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and contribute to innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to design and develop mechanical systems.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to meet project requirements.
- Generate detailed drawings and schematics using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Actively participate in project meetings and client communications.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with Mech/HVAC specific design standards
- Effective interaction with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in using 3D BIM environment.
