As the technical expert, your experience will be proven invaluable in the design of biopharmaceuticals, including vaccines, therapeutic proteins, cell and gene therapies etc. You will be leading the development for ongoing and future projects, and providing the technical and specific bioprocess input throughout the company.
This role would suit a scientist in the biopharmaceuticals industry looking to take a leading role within a specialist, growing business to use and develop their expertise.
The Role:

• Prepare discipline designs for projects at their various stages including calculations, schedules, design drawings, specifications etc.
• Manufacturing of recombinant proteins and enzymes mAbs, vaccines, whole cells, advanced therapeutics such as cell and gene therapies, viral vectors, (stem) cells, mRNA, and synthetic proteins/biology).
• Lead the development of proposals for future project work opportunities.
• Upstreaming and down streaming, selecting, and specifying bioprocessing equipment and technologies, ensuring it aligns with process requirements and budget constraints, working on commercial scale, within cGMP biopharmaceutical facilities.
