Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with sourcing bespoke accommodations, hotels and apartments for VIPs

- Working on behalf of multi national corporations and A list clients from the entertainment industry

- Taking briefs/instructions from clients and researching potential accommodation

- Mainly initial contact with hotels and gathering information on rates and amenities

- Sourcing accommodation in the UK, throughout Europe and the USA

- Compiling reports and information on accommodation for presentation to client
