Senior Brand Activation Manager
Competitive Salary , £4,000 Flex allowance, bonus, and benefits.
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 remote.

What is the role?
The Senior Brand Manager is a key role in a newly rebuilt marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, responsible for leading the end-to-end brand development for the London Gatwick brand. This role is key to leading the development & growth of the brand as well as the governance of its new brand identity across all touchpoints internally and externally.
What will you do?
  • Advise the business on all elements of brand strategy as it develops internal and external communication campaigns.
  • Provide collaborative and active brand governance across a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure the brand identity, tone of voice and art direction is protected.
  • Lead the development of design guidelines and the consistency of their application for airport Wayfinding.
  • Lead the application of the brand identity across physical infrastructure at the airport creating lasting brand impact along the customer journey.
  • Lead external Brand Activation campaigns working closely with the marketing campaigns team.
  • Own and update design guidelines across brand identity, wayfinding and visual design.
  • Manage the relationship with our Branding agency partner.

Do you have what we're looking for?
  • Degree in Marketing/Business and/or CIM professional qualification or equivalent professional experience is essential.
  • Solid demonstrable experience as a Brand Manager in a large B2C consumer facing brand.
  • Solid brand management fundamentals.
  • Experience having led the development of brand identity for a large B2C brand.
  • Experience in developing and applying brand design guidelines across multiple consumer facing touchpoints.
  • Can evidence significant improvement in building top and mid funnel brand health.
  • Experience influencing broad internal stakeholders concerning brand governance.
  • Knowledge of Brand Experience fundamentals would be exciting.
