Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Location: West London

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office

As the face of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in steering the brand towards unparalleled success, ensuring financial prosperity and cementing our market dominance within the luxury chocolate category. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to craft and execute strategic plans that define our brand's excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead captivating brand activation initiatives across essential consumer touchpoints.
  • Oversee equity management and meticulous media planning for the brand.
  • Drive the development of a comprehensive three-year plan through seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead the implementation of a one-year Brand marketing strategy, covering products, promotions, channels, competitors, pricing, and communication.
  • Provide strategic input for annual budgets and HR resource plans for our distinguished category.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external strategic business partners.
  • Safeguard and enhance our corporate image and reputation as the ambassador of the brand.
  • Foster positive working relationships with Global Category teams, factory contacts, and international marketing teams.
  • Oversee internal communications to sustain awareness of key brand direction, mission, goals, and activities.
  • Manage a small, dedicated team, including a Brand Manager and an intern.
  • Shape crucial brand decisions for the brand portfolio, wielding influence at the senior management level.
  • Monitor brand performance, contribute to marketing operations, and diligently work towards achieving profit growth targets.
  • Leverage your financial expertise for effective marketing contributions, brand development, and strategic resource allocation.

About You:

  • Brings substantial brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Exhibits a proven track record in developing effective brand strategies and collaborating seamlessly with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional project management skills and a successful history of implementing impactful communication initiatives and brand activations.
  • Possesses innate curiosity, proactiveness, and a consumer-centric approach.
  • Holds a solid commercial mindset with acute awareness of emerging trends.
  • Has a history of nurturing relationships, driving positive change, and fostering collaboration across departments.
