Key Responsibilities:

• Gaining support for the vision and purpose of the brand, encompassing customer and consumer insights.
• Leading the brand planning, clearly outlining the brand objectives and actions across the year.
• Provide project briefs for marketing teams.
• Allocating project budgets and activities, justifying ROI.
• Leading the composition and communication of trade plans.
• Continuously analysing product performance and marketing investments.

What we’re looking for:

• An interest in the food and health sector
• Experience of working in a Brand Manager role
• Have a strong understanding of consumer trends and the consumer journey
• Strong knowledge of market trends
• A creative mindset and a track record of successfully bringing new ideas to market
• Full driving license
