As the Senior Brand Manager for our Chocolate, Sauces, and Curds category, you’ll be at the forefront of an innovative and rapidly growing category group. This group includes well-loved brands like Poppets and ROB, and your mission will be to drive disruptive growth and establish these brands as market leaders. You’ll lead with creativity and strategic insight, managing stakeholders effectively both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Success: Achieve or exceed budget financial targets and grow market shares.
  • Develop Brand Plans: Create and deliver robust brand plans, maximizing available resources.
  • Innovate and Learn: Implement excellent learning plans with a capacity to innovate, try new approaches, and refine strategies.
  • Lead Reporting: Provide strong quarterly reporting internally and prepare versions for external stakeholders.
  • Analyse and Strategise: Use strong analytical thinking to drive decisions and develop insightful strategies.
  • Coach and Energise: Lead your team with energy, coaching them to excel and grow.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the marketing budget for the category group, covering core marketing, ASOH, and shopper marketing.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Foster excellent internal and cross-functional collaboration within the chocolate, sauces, and curds team.
  • Represent Our Brands: Be the face of our chocolate, sauces, and curds brands, especially in interactions with retailers.
  • Champion Consumer Focus: Lead and inspire the “Consumer is Boss” plan, maintaining regular connections with our consumers.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach with the ability to innovate and drive growth within a large organization.
  • Brand Building Expertise: Proven experience in creating and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to support logical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to foster a collaborative environment and work effectively across functions.
